The Gold team have their second waterfall cup match this Sunday. Club tie, shirt and trousers are required as hot food will be available for players after the match.
Please make every effort to be pitchside by 10:45 so the coaches can properly warm you up and discuss set play routines.
Normal caveats of gumshield, water, snack and suntan lotion for faces and not liberally applied to playing shirts around chest / waist height to help wriggle free from tackles!!
Lets break this streak. The losing margins are moving in the right direction after playing arguably two of the strongest sides in the region. The Blue team doesn’t have a match this weekend so some of their players will further bolster the matchday squad.
If you have to decline selection, please do so promptly so the coaches can reorganise the squad. If your son wakes up unwell on the day, please call one of the coaches so we know whats happening.
There is no formal home training as a number of players are either away on school rugby tours or injured. Everyone who’s available should come down to the club and be prepared for a match while we may run some tackle training and fast passing pods post game.
