Please arrive at pitchside by 930am as we have a referees briefing and start playing at 10am prompt. Can you ensure that a responsible adult is onsite at all times during the Festival.

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear to suit the weather conditions, including a Beckenham shirt, shorts and socks. Bring extra layers such as a tracksuit to wear between matches and rugby gloves if you usually wear them.

Remember to bring a water bottle and snacks/lunchbox. There is usually an entry fee so please bring some loose change. If you have any issues attending on the day then please call Chris on 07739 187 288.

Most importantly, lets have fun and make the childrens day as exciting as possible.
