Day 4 and our 4th video to help alleviate some of the boredom associated with staying in isolation with only your family around! Today we have some practices you can do anywhere and either on your own or with some help. We’re looking at body shape... useful for scrummaging, of course, but also for staying strong over a ruck or clearing out a ruck to secure possession.
