Preparations are underway for the Beckenham RFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 29th June. Megan Pain, as our honourable secretary, will be coordinating and is preparing a variety of documents to be sent out. All will be placed in the AGM folder on the website. For those members new to the club, nominations are required for specific volunteer posts within the club, many of which then make up the management and general committee (further details of the club rules and regulations are available on the website).

New volunteers and nominations are welcome, so please review the list of posts contained in the folder and attached to this message. Please contact Megan or any member of the management committee if you would like to learn more about the posts or the committees.
