Beckenham Rugby Club is seeking an ambitious and passionate Development Coach to lead our 2nd XV as they step up to the challenge of Kent Counties 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving community club and work alongside a highly experienced and supportive coaching team.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and collaborative coaching environment
• RFU Level accredited (minimum Level 2 or working towards it)
• Committed and available to attend training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
• Confident in leading matchday operations on Saturdays, including team prep and in-game decisions
• Comfortable with reviewing Veo match footage and providing constructive feedback to players
• Proactive in recruiting new talent and retaining existing players, helping to build long-term success

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to take the next step in their coaching journey while making a real impact on a motivated and ambitious squad.

Location: Beckenham, South East London
Start Date: Pre-season 2025 (flexible)
Compensation: Matchday expenses, Access to RFU CPD, club kit, and full support for ongoing coaching development.
