On Friday the beer festival kicks off at 4pm. Check out the Three Hounds website and Facebook page for the full menu. Cider, gin and soft drinks also available. At 7pm the Beckenham RFC 3XV play their 4XV side under floodlights. Food for night (5* rated kitchen): beer battered fish & chips or katsu curry and rice.

Charlie Kelly (Captain of 3XV) says: “After a few friendly jousting matches between myself and Fealey at the beginning of the season the match finally comes to fruition. Both of us believe we will finish on the right side of the scoreboard, and what better way for the game to play out at the beer festival under lights ( or lack of ) on a Friday night. I’m sure the game will be played in the right manner, and hopefully can become a main stay fixture moving forward. The 3s are certainly looking forward to the drinks the losing team have to buy us after.

Saturday 10th May – The Beer Festival continues from 11am. There is Family Touch Tournament kicking off at 11am and the Senior Touch Tournament from 2pm. There will be a bouncy castle and ice cream van for the kids plus outdoor food vendors. Food for the day: Paella, Sapore Vero pizza, Persian grill bbq, Peri Peri chicken wings, homemade slaw. All adults who are registered to play in the touch tournament (family or senior) will get automatic entry to the festival.
