Last Saturday, Beckenham paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Paul Dolan, as family, friends and members of the club came together in his memory during the final Men’s 1XV home game of the season. Paul’s family were warmly welcomed to the club that they have so much been a part of, including his son Tom, wife Jackie, daughter Karley and their extended family. After lunch, Tom was presented with Paul’s framed playing shirt, a fitting tribute to his Dad’s contribution and commitment to the club. The presentation was made by club President Christopher Kinch alongside Beckenham and Penge MP Liam Conlon. It was a privilege for the club to host Paul’s family and to share in remembering a much loved and missed member of our rugby community. A thank you to Brighton for standing with us in a minutes silence before KO and a big thank you to @liamconlonlabour for his continued support of our club.
