Rob Burrows, rugby league legend, died on 2nd June. He was the epitome of rugby values and showed, on and off the pitch, true bravery and dignity. Beckenham RFC, as with so many across the country, sends its support to his family. His team, the Leeds Rhinos, broke the news and said their former scrum-half and hooker was 'a true inspiration throughout his life whether the was on the rugby league field or during his battle with MND'.
