Our first pre-match lunch takes place on 21 September as the 1st XV host Havant in a league clash with a 3pm KO. These lunches are for all members, so why not come along and try Nigel's cuisine. It's a steal at £20 for 3 courses.

It's a 1:30 sit down and you have the option of a 2 or 3 course meal at £15 or £20 respectively. The menu is:

Starter

Confit chicken and wild mushroom terrine, wrapped in Parma ham, pickled baby onions, mushroom ketchup and truffle mayonnaise or
Kohlrabi (V, VG) with smashed avocado and pea, lemon jam, avocado oil aioli

Main

Slow roasted pork belly on a burnt butter mash, creamed savoy cabbage with pancetta and apple puree or
Roasted butternut squash (V, VG) with sun blush tomatoes, cranberries, chestnuts, red onion marmalade and spiked rice

Desserts

Baked apple terrine with a cinnamon mousse and green apple sorbet or

Orange and polenta cake (V, VG) served with caramelised oranges and rosemary caramel or

Cheese board (£2.95 supplement) selection of English and French cheese served with walnut bread, biscuits, fig chutney and fruits

Spaces are on a first come, first served basis and judging by the favourable reception Nigel has had at squad training nights it promises to be a great lunch!!
