Due to waterlogged pitches at Staines, the Quins festival is now being held at training pitches of both Harlequins Men and Women.

This is at Surrey Sports Park, Richard Meyjes Rd, Guildford GU2 7AD.

Parking is available in the main car park and the overflow car parks highlighted. Register your cars number plate in reception to park for 3 or more hours.
Registration will be at the bottom of pitch B1 and the U12s will be playing across pitch B1 and B2.
Toilets and changing rooms are in the main building, and we have been allocated changing rooms 8 & 9 for the day should you need an area to change afterwards.

Refreshments will be available at Starbucks in the main building or the Bar next door.

We are delighted to confirm that Will Edwards and Jack Kenningham will be making a guest appearance on the day.

Pitches
Each club will have a team area to keep personal belonging in, please ensure these are watched and not forgotten at the end of the day. Please can all parents and club members keep at least 2m between themselves and the pitch outlines.
Match Rules & Refereeing

U12:
Waterfall Tournament - Competitive playing programme where equal participation/progression is the emphasis. The outcome of your pool games are recorded to enable every team to advance to later rounds for an equal number of matches against similar level teams. U12 referees to be independent.

Other Activations
Premiership Rugby will be attending the festival with a photographer and we are hopeful that Land Rover will also have activations on the day.

We have requested for players from both the Men’s and Women’s programmes to attend and present the winning team with their Land Rover Cup trophy.
Also, we have a number of selfie boards and additional fun activations planned for your teams planned for your teams for the day.

Final Points
For the day we would like to remind parents and coaches of the expected behaviours from them on the day, and that they are in line with the values of our sport. We hope that from the touchline, your voices are supportive of both teams and for the referee.
