Parking - parking is limited so please consider parking in the nearby streets to keep room for those who require it the most. Options are Weigall Road, Horn Park Lane or Cambridge Drive.
Refreshments
There will be breakfast available in the Clubhouse from the hatch (on the right as you walk into the Clubhouse) and also a BBQ running from 11am, just outside the Clubhouse. Please also bring cash for the BBQ.
Please also come in and have a drink at the bar – cold soft drinks are available from the back bar and other beverages from the main bar. All are welcome.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are permitted at Horn Park but they must remain on leads and in the area by the Clubhouse and not go beyond the 1st XV pitch barriers or on the pitches. This is for the safety of the players. Please ensure all of your players and parents understand this to avoid any awkward conversations. Needless to say, please ensure you clean up any dog litter.
This is the first year that we have allowed dogs to a festival. If people ignore the above rules, we will be required to ban them again for next season.
