The competition is at 98a Hervey Road, SE3 8BU and NOT the address Jim described on Sunday morning.
DO NOT GO TO THE WELL HALL GROUND
There will be very limited parking on site, so we will restrict it to anyone carrying a shelter (even then there is likely insufficient parking spaces, so first come first served!)
For the majority, please park in one of the following streets adjacent to Hervey Road. There is no parking in Hervey Road itself.
Whichever road is parked in, please ensure cars are left FIELD SIDE ONLY, please do not park adjacent or across driveways. Wardens do patrol, even on a Sunday! Car sharing would be a tremendous help.
Blackheath have plenty of hot and cold drinks to buy as well as a few cold snacks but unfortunately they are not set up for hot food.
There will be a location map for each age group pinned around the pavilion directing to playing areas.
Games will commence at 10:00, briefings for coaches will take place at 09:45 in the individual age group areas.
The final games should be completed between 12:15 and 13:00.
Fair Play Trophy presentation at the front of the pavilion around 13:15.
Blackheath are not intending on having specialist medical facilities on site however there are a number of first aid trained people within each group to assist if needed.
