Festival Day Information
? Team Registration & Medal Collection
Please make your way to the Control Tent from 8:30am to register your team and collect your team medals.
⚠️ RFU Registration
As a reminder, all players taking part must be RFU registered. This is an important safeguarding requirement, and each club is responsible for ensuring registrations are in place before the event.
? Accessible Parking
If anyone requires a disabled parking bay, please let me know the name of the person requiring the space and the vehicle registration number in advance. That way, my wonderful parking superheroes will be able to guide you straight to the correct parking space on the day. ?
