Beckenham Ladies 1XV are the only team to join to play in Championship 1 for the whole of the South East and Kent for the 26/27 season. We are a competitive yet friendly team that are all about developing our players whilst maintaining our culture. Do you want to play at the highest level possible in the grass roots game? Our pre-season starts with a player meeting and social on Tuesday 7th July 2026 at 19:30 at Balmoral. Then regular training following on every Tues and Thurs 19:30-21:00. To join us either message us on Instagram (@Beckenhamladiesrfc) or email us Beckenhamladiesrugby@hotmail.co.uk to let us know you'll be coming and find out more details. Or just turn up! There's no commitment needed and is free to try out over the summer. The official league season starts in September 2026.

We train together with our Super 2s meaning great numbers every week at training to help get the most out of your time spent there. All players have access to our S&C gym programmes run by our in house S&C coach, and onsite player gym.

If that wasn't enough to convince you, we also have regular socials and end of season tours, joining Beckenham is like joining a family! With excellent coaches, our training is fun and includes a variety of activities. It's accessible to ANY level of experience, whether you have played before or not. So whatever your shape, size, age or ability - it would be great to see you!
