A good session on Sunday with Rob and I taking the whole team through their paces.

Welcome to Jacob who arrived sporting a NZ top and rather gratefully accepted another country's top as an extra layer to help keep him warm. Sadly I didn't have an Ireland top in the bag :-( so the England one served him well and brought out some nice moves. Welcome back Sebastian (he of the red rugby ball) and moves to match.

Bulldog and rugby netball were to help players think about the defensive line and to see who would encourage the others to stay in place rather than rush out of position. A few games, passing practice and players telling us at the end of the session what they learned and enjoyed was good to see.

Overall a good session and many thanks to the parents who helped out with tag belts, tags, shoelaces, water breaks etc. It makes our life that little bit easier.

Don't forget the tour (I will send details separately) and the Beckenham Half Marathon this coming Sunday.
