Garden Rugby Skills and Drills

This is my inaugural rugby skills video. Hoping my boys and girls utilise this strange opportunity to improve some skills. I’m doing it all on my iPhone with very limited understanding of how this works, so I’m more than happy to accept advice (if it’s nice). My son will be helping me with the videoing and some of the practices. At some point I’ll work it all out and it’ll look great... until then, it is what it is. Try these practices in your garden or even your living room. I’ll do my best to post something for you to practice on a daily basis to help you improve your skills during this lockdown.
