Clubhouse hire

Are you on the lookout for a great venue for your next event? Look no further than Beckenham Rugby Club.

The club is available to hire on weekends only between 1 May - 31 August. Our facilities can accommodate groups of different sizes. The air-conditioned large hall can hold up to 120 people, and from November 2023 we will also have a new extension that's perfect for gatherings of up to 50 people.

Our venue offers a lovely view of green open spaces. We have a terrace area that's been refurbished, complete with ambient lighting. It's a great venue for various occasions like engagement parties, wedding receptions, christenings, birthdays (for those under 16 or over 30), anniversaries, school leaving parties, dinner dances, and more.

Our bar has reasonably priced draft and bottled drinks, including beer, spirits, wine, and soft drinks. If you have any special drink requests, just let us know.

Please keep in mind that during the rugby season, we can only take bookings for Friday afternoons starting from 2 pm and evenings.

Starting from November 2023, our new extension will be available. It comes with upgraded restrooms, a second bar, and a fully equipped kitchen for catering.

The cost depends on the type of event, the number of people, and any extras you might need like a chef or extra staff.

Remember, a booking is confirmed once we've received a non-refundable deposit for the room and a signed booking form.
